DoctorMel Member Joined: Dec 2011 Posts: 273 Great Falls, Montana	I have seen this happen if there are too many deleted messages. It helps to empty that folder for all users. I have had it happen at other times, without explanation. I am running version 9.4.3. Doctor Mel Family Practice, FAAFP
