Any update on this? We were scheduled to upgrade last Friday, and the upgrade was cancelled. I guess since we're in the clouds and you have to do the upgrade you don't want to have to upgrade us twice? This upgrade will be such a huge time save (fingers crossed) which is why we really really want to upgrade. The ability to send things directly to patient portals instead of printing to Updox is HUGE. I've been advocating for this since we first started with AC. Hence my impatience.
