I guess that was too complicated or confusing to elicit a response.

I occasionally have problems when I look up ICD-10 codes-- sometimes the window just freezes and locks everything up.
It only happens when I try to "refine" a code -- never with the initial code search
It seems to be random
There are different patterns of error, but mostly it seems to going into some kind of loop part of the time, and part of the time
seems to be waiting for a response, but there is nothing to respond to.
I have to shut down AC though task manager to recover.

Does this happen to anyone else? Using AC v9.4.3
