Wondering if anyone else is having trouble getting access to Up To Date, after clicking on the knowledge tab once a patient's chart is open. I use this feature all the time looking up information and printing out Basic and Beyond Basic handouts at point of care. For whatever reason since Friday I cannot get into Up To Date via AC once the patient's chart is open.
I have been working with Guardian Support to resolve this issue, and once resolved will let you know the problem causing this glitch.
I was just curious if anyone else is having this same issue. I do use AC in the Cloud.
