Hi Raj,

Version 9.4 of Amazing Charts has a new user permission that allows for this scenario. In this version, you can give certain users the ability to bypass the required item sign-off when importing or scanning an item. This shows up as a checkbox when importing a new item.

This should solve your issue with signing off items you have seen before.
