When I finally found AC, it was a Friday night. I installed it and loved it. I then installed it in every room.
I called all my MORNING patients and rescheduled them to later in the week.
I had coffee and donuts ready when my staff came in. We sat down and went through it. It really is that simple of a program. Of course that was version 1.0, but the basic structure is the same.
I hired a nurse practitioner a while back. She walked in with patients scheduled. One staff member went around with her that day. Done. Now, her schedule was around 8 patients.
