I have a question. I just have always wondered this. It sounds like you wanted AC to install on the "new" backup server so you could use it when you needed, but it wouldn't work because of the fake data.
What if you had uninstalled the AC app, reinstalled it as a main computer with 8.0 or whatever, thereby making it a non-virgin computer. Or taking the .xml file out so you couldn't make a mistake and connect to it. Then, when you needed it, you could install over it. Just wondering.
