Do you plan to stay there permanently?
Is it like working on an Indian reservation? -- Tremendous gap between the Whites and the Natives that leads to a certain level of permanent resentment that eventually becomes too hard to deal with?
I don't believe I could give away my practice in Astoria, either. No one wants to be a "PCP" any more -- its a job for losers.
Except, that after 28 years in one place, I have a lot of patients who beg me not to retire.
