HeatherS Member Joined: Apr 2016 Posts: 13 Pennsylvania	Hi Lynn, My practice is currently trying to do the 2014 PCMH and it is listed as an Element for the Patient Centered Access. May I ask what level you are for PCMH? Also how did you find ways to generate the reports that were necessary to become a PCMH because I am running into so many problems. Thanks!
