Hi Jesse.
To export an ACPrefered1500 file from Amazing Charts, click on the "Billing" option at the top of the main screen of Amazing Charts, then select the option for "Pull/Export Bills by Date". Select the date range of bills you want to export an click the Pull Bills. Once a list generates, click on the "Export" button in the bottom right. On the next screen, select the location you want to export the file too and then select the "Ac Preferred 100" format. Then click "Export".
Once the file in generated, you can upload it to Office Ally. Some of our Office Ally users can tell you how to upload into that program directly.
