OP HeatherS Member Joined: Apr 2016 Posts: 13 Pennsylvania	Our office is in Pennsylvania and we are being told by our billers that the PA is not allowed to see any new patients, that she can only see them after the MD or DO has set up a plan of care. Is anyone familiar with this rule?
