We are an Internal Medicine practice in the process of becoming a patient centered medical home.
If anyone is going through or underwent same process.
I would like some feedback on how you reconcile orders.
To send each order individually is to time consuming.
I have custom made orders that include multiple items (i.e: everything necessary for a check, w/u of pernicious anemia, etc), however this are hard to reconcile because each item arrives individually.
I was wondering what everyone else was doing out there
