1) Yes
2) You could uninstall SQL 32 bit prior to "upgrading" and it will put in 64 bit instead. 64 bit is a little faster.
3) If you sign up for ACPM it will connect, but that is an optional upgrade
4) All the MU stuff is there. There are still people jumping through those hoops. But the speed is back.
