Ringadoc is dead. Another really great company killed by assimilation into a really bad company (Practice Fusion). So now I'm looking to my fellow ACers for advice on replacing it. Definitely looking for an automated system. I really liked Ringadoc's option for sending the patient a recorded response instead of a live call and hearing the "it was a dark and stormy night..." story again. Anybody HAPPY! with their current system? I would love some help on this one.
