Your post does not answer my question. All new computers come with Windows 10 already installed. If I install AC on a new PC, will I have the same problem like any one how upgraded to windows7 to windows10?

The best thing to do with a new W10 machine is make sure it is Pro so that you can control the patches applied. That would be preferable to upgrading to W10 if the cost is comparable.
