I believe that from AC's perspective, InLight is their answer for non-MU practices that want a lighter weight platform.

Meaningless Use, but there doesn't appear to be a strong enough groundswell for AC to take that seriously .... yet.
There is a serious niche out there for the first EHR vendor that offers broad connectivity and an obscene gesture towards the MU insanity.
