I completely understand that X-Link is not an AC product.
The questions comes that just this month this product was promoted on the forum
X-Link in forum When this product has such a poor service why is it the only one on AC website and AC forum and why not any others which are available in the market.
I have the same issues with medisoft costing and only upgrade the version as mandated jumped from v 11 to v 17 due to 5010
and now from v 17 to v 20 due to ICD.
Have used the Medisoft PM for > 20 years, have the guts and reporting in perfect place.
The perfect EMR should have a good PM (which AC is trying to get in place).
