Our practice just went live on ACPM and and found a a big flaw. We are unable to set "permissions" for different levels of staff, meaning all staff using ACPM, including scheduling staff,will have access to " All ofour practice Financials & Reports"
Clearly this cannot be. I spoke with one of your tech folks earlier today and he says a fix will take "Couple of months?". We should not have to share our financial info and reports with ALL staff just to use ACPM. We previously used Lytec, and staff permissions were quite easy to set.
I think this requires an urgent fix.
