Bert, you bring up an interesting point. I would argue that it is AC that needs to be consistent. You accurately describe how AC says to define the current release. What does that mean, though? If you buy AC as a new customer or upgrade from version 6, and they install 8.25... well isn't that
really the current release?
They have their own reasons for defining it the way they do, but it doesn't make it right.
