Kudos to Amazing Charts. I am impressed. All the ICD-9s are ICD-10s. Well, not all but most. Some are too ambiguous in ICD-9.
Unfortunately, when an immunization is given it is putting in ICD-9 codes for the diagnosis for some reason. No big deal. Will need to be fixed in an update.
