I know this topic has been discussed ad nauseum, and many support getting a genuine server. However, I'm a sole practitioner and likely do not need a genuine server. I've been running a Core 2 Duo for the last 5 years and it has done well. However, I have to upgrade from 6.3.3 to 8.x.x for ICD-10, which actually looks like it will go through this time. Version 8 recommends an i7, and I may go with Dell again this year. Anyone know of other companies I should consider for the "main computer"?
