Thanks for the solid suggestion, but already thought of that and checked updates. Running X1 Pro. The handling exception is being thrown by AC.
Also wish AC would fix whatever is needed so an imported item can be previewed in the right section when using latest versions of Adobe (like X1) rather than having to launch the pdf in a PDF viewer. This ability to preview stopped after Adobe 8 I think.
