1. Go into Admin options
2. Select Import/Export
3. Select Addresses of Households (gives .xls file)
(It will say it will save in your AC folder -- it used to, but it
may just open on your desktop)
4. Run this,and all of your patient households will open in an Excel
file. You can use the .csv file, but it will list all patients
not just the households.
5. For some reason it doesn't just do households like it says. It used
to
6. If you don't already have one, purchase a Dymo Turbo 450 with
address labels.
7. Open the Dymo software, click on Address Book and import the .xls
file. After a little tweaking, you can print one or all of the
addresses at one time.

This is how we print all of our addresses.

If you don't want to use the Dymo Printer, then you can use Word for mail merge, which has always been a pain. But, I would highly recommend a Dymo printer for printing addresses and lab labels.
