Actually, I find that Updox works very well for us. The only issues we have had are when their servers are non-responsive, which seems to be occurring less frequently in the last few months. But we don't use their reminders.
If you want to talk about bugs, read the forum and shoutbox regarding ACPM. That sounds like a mess; I'm glad we never switched.
