If you can PM me the addresses of both, we could plug them into the airlink tool (http://airlink.ubnt.com/) to see if there are any obstructions. The taller the building, the better. Or if one is at a higher elevation relative to the other. You would definitely need the AirFiber 5 at that distance. $1000/unit.

If they have wired and it's good, the cheaper thing to do would be to bring your own access point. Maybe Wireless N or AC and plug it into their network. Your wireless problems would likely disappear for a way cheaper price.
