Had an issue where I had lowered a med dose from 20 to 10mg. Pharmacy kept filling 20mg dose, called and they faxed me the e-Rx copy which turned out to be the old Rx. Discovered that when I click on refill to an E-Rx electronic request, matched it (my bad) to the 10mg, it reverted to the 20mg but doesn't record it in the Script window history. I found it in the Past Encounters tab. Also may or may not be related are a bunch of refills in the Script window history with 0 quantity. Shouldn't every prescription show up in the history window in Scripts?
