If you use the message from AC to your inbox in AC, it wil take you to the letter from AC. In the letter there are a couple of clickable links. They take you to step by step instructions. It is easiest to just print the instructions and go through them. I think one of the links is just a"here". Going through those inst page by page took me to the Verizon verification. The only place I struggled was once I was active and would then have my second designated person go in to do the final activation, it didn't work. This is the part where you log out and then the other person logs in. Be sure to save the screen that shows you are active before you log out. Once you go through the Verizon process, unless you are high level authentication, you must go to a notary with some type of federal picture ID or two other picture ID's. A state drivers license is not enough. Then that notarized form gets faxed back to Verizon and then when that part is all done you go to ROPES and make sure you are registered with them. Print out those inst....it helps, but it still took me all day between patients.
