Occasionally this error occurs with an Imported Lab from a Quest/Labcorp Interface. I included an screenshot for reference.

A Lab gets seemingly imported without issue but once in the patient's chart we get the "There was a bug found..." pop-up window and AC crashes. The lab actually opens without issue from the Imported Items window, but selecting one of the individual tests (i.e. A1C, Lipid Panel etc.) will prompt the error. Normally, as you probably know, selecting the individual test will display results for that test only. I'm pretty sure that the original lab file (that is, the HL7 file that comes in through the interface) is corrupt. Our workaround is to print the lab to paper, scan and import it in as a PDF, and then delete the imported lab that is giving the error. This is a nuisance because the one who encounters these errors/crashes are the doctors while they are in a room with a patient.
I am wondering if this happens to anybody else and how you guys fix/workaround/prevent it?

And btw the Bug Details per AC:
