ha!
just got the call back from amazing charts.
apparently, as of now, you cannot do it through the Meaningful Use Wizard.
they're saying it shouldn't hurt you from a Meaningful Use 2014 standpoint, because they are MU2014 certified.
however, I'm not confident it couldn't hurt from a PQRS reporting standpoint, because my understanding is that these are separate issues/incentives/punishments.
my conclusion:
you can still run the Meaningful Use Wizard for as many CQM/PQRS reporting as you wish (I'm choosing 7 all under Clinical Processes), and have it generate a report.
then I think you will then need to manually pick 2 other CQM's from the CMS list from 2 other domains, and then try to manually create a list/report.
(there are currently 2 other CQM's listed under 2 other domains of Patient Safety and Clinical Efficacy. one involves complication rates from cataract surgery and the other about back pain. you could theoretically choose these 2 and be compliant).
how the Wizard captures data still seems like a mystery to me (and seems grossly inaccurate), but for now CMS only cares that you're reporting, not how terrible the results look. that must be saved for next year!
