I really want to know which patients with heart disease don't have aspirin on their list, which diabetics don't have an ACE-I or ARB, etc. The Medications option in the Query builder only lets you ask about the medications that the patient has on board, not the ones that are not present. We really need that option for population management. For example, try to figure out which diabetics or heart disease patients do not have a statin on board.
