At this point I would say the MEDFX\AC interface and implementation process is not that smooth and it is labor intensive. I would hold off if possible for the integrated product, it appears as timeline on this has been pushed due to ICD 10 delay but if you go through a lot of setup with MEDfx and learn their process that may change with the integrated product it probably isn't worth the effort.
