So as much as I love AC, some things just bug me, as I'm sure they do other people, and they would be EASY FIXES.
1. Collapsing of labs - yes I know the folders all collapse, but we do lots of labs, and it would be nice if they would collapse labs all to a date, instead of listing each lab. Over the years, it gets too many to view.
2. Importing labs and names too long - so every time you import someone named "Christopher", you have to manually match that person, because the name is too long. Annoying.
3. Which pharmacy escribing - why is the name of the pharmacy you are sending prescription not included/easy to find. Ideally it would be on summary to patient, so they would know where you sent it. Very difficult to find and prove to patient when/where it was sent.
4. More Updox integration - ok I keep harping on this and it might not be an easy fix, but if I send a letter or lab results to a patient, it should be immediate and direct. My staff should not have to reassociate patient (sometimes making a mistake) and then send the results. Please fix this...
