everybody remember, all these laws, rules and regs about electronic prescribed controlled drugs go thru STATE and Fed. If the local gov. is messed up, it doesn't matter what the feds say.
Check your state government before the feds.
Also remember, governments don't run on logic. Don't expect them to go with a solution that's logically obvious to us.
