Serene, this does not seem to work consistently for me. I've been trying to set a reminder, but the option to save as a yellow sticky note is greyed out there. So if I try your way, My steps were:
Select patient
open chart
add whatever to yellow sticky note
forward
hit "cancel".. this leaves chart open on desktop
If I close, additions to sticky area are not consistently saved. What steps am I missing?
