I had an electronic refill request to Sam's Club fail this evening. I resubmitted the prescription with my prescription writer and it went through. Several weeks ago (around the first part of January), I had been in correspondence with a representative from NewCrop, when I was having problems at that time. She emailed support at Amazing Charts with the information I provided and asked them to contact me. I never had any response from Amazing Charts, which is surprising. I never had any problems again until today.
