Steven Member Joined: Aug 2004 Posts: 1,718 South Bend, WA	I use a templated order on the ORDER SHEET for things like albuterol - it has the drug, all the other verbage like qty, instructions, lifetime use, prognosis, etc along with date last seen, etc - electronically fax to pharmacy.
