If so, I am confused why you are using RDP all day rather than browsing to the XML file in the AC folder. Because I would say at least then that the odds of your having to close and relaunch AC would be minimal.
Indy's answer will likely work for you. Similarly, you should make sure your main computer with AC and SQL on it has a static IP address. Although static IPs usually have a lease longer than a day.
One could always talk about the firewall, but then you should never be able to access the database. Also, make sure your shares and permissions on the AC folder on the server is shared to everyone or authenticated users and give everyone full permissions or at least read/write. Again, this should either have worked or not worked. Check you .xml file in the AC folder under AmazigCharts.xml and see if the path seems correct. Finally, this topic came up just last week:
