Thank you for that excellent conversion tool. I have been trying it, using my most used ICD9 codes. Occasionally, it won't find an equivalent, so I found another site where one can search for an ICD10 code by diagnosis name: http://apps.who.int/classifications/icd10/browse/2010/en#/R31

As you said, at the outset I am picking rather general codes.
