Last year I raised a toast with a friend who was part of TF Ranger who fast-roped in, and ran later the Mog mile.
A couple of years ago I commemorated Veteran's Day with a Sea-Bee fresh back from the taking of Fallujah.
On Veteran's Day, there is a temptation to feel guilty because you made it back. The flip-side, I'm living and breathing, so there-fore I owe it to those who have given their life to make the most of mine.
