It seems that NewCrop was having server issues again today
We have received information from NewCrop, that the e-Prescribing issue is getting resolved. Here is the word from NewCrop:

We have recycled the database server and speeds are steadily increasing as data is cached. We will continue to monitor performance throughout the day. Users may still experience some slowness until caching is complete.
