I do as well. I actually think it was I but maybe not. First, it has to be done in II on the server (I think). Then you have to play around with right clicking. I don't think it is right click on the pdf. That is for opening in its own application. I tried using open with in default, but there aren't that many defaults. I don't see how you can open in ac by default. But, I do it all the time. Try putting the cursor in the window at the right and play around -- right click, etc. Try to find open with.
