OP Sunil Member Joined: Aug 2012 Posts: 196 fl, usa	My AC often crashes when I am trying to fulfill core 12 and using the letter writter. I have contact GA and have had no resolution. I use thin clients in my exam rooms and use remote desktop to connect to the sever. This started occurring since 6.5.5. Does anyone else encounter these issues?
