Hi. There is no perfect way of doing it. You have two options with a workaround:
1. If you don't need your state license number on your scripts, you can enter the NPI number there in your user profile. That would look nice on the script as if it were supposed to be there. I don't think your state license is required on prescriptions.
2. You can go to your practice profile and skip two spaces to the right of your fax number and enter your NPI number. Then it appears everywhere your letterhead appears including your scripts.
