Alright. For anyone else who thinks this is odd, it's just the way it is. No fix for it. Makes no sense why the billing info would not be accessible while putting in a new patients information but that's the way it is. My office staff isn't real happy but it's just another minor inconvenience.

Love the letter writer though. If anyone figures out how to put in an automatic Mr./Ms. in the letter writer to patients, that would be great.
