This will happen on a few meds which have changed names in their official codified names since last prescribed - This happened with some inhalers, I believe a ventolin HFA, PROAIR, I think a promethazine DM and a few more. This is because official names have changed, etc. You will have to delete the old med and then rewrite scrip and send new - or just go and send non codified scrips and then go back and right click/codify the scrip - it is a pain but will go away after you do this on that pt. chart.
