It's simple once you figure it out.
Use the Reports tool.
To export all patient data, I'd so something like this:
0. open the Reports tool. the button to open it is located in the top left-hand side of the main window
1. select demographics, last name, <>, ldsjfaljf (or any other nonsensical string of characters); clock on the "add criteria to query" button
2. select demographics, street address line 1, starts with, (leave field empty), add criteria to query
3. repeat with street address line 2
4. repeat with zip code
5. run report
6. click on export button in the bottom right hand corner of the reports tool
