I think that AC is always using the most current release that is time tested. I don't think you will find versions such as v7 on the cloud if not available for the earth. The advantage of the cloud is the seamless integration of new updates that you will not have to worry about installing. I do not think that AC will want to upload a beta version that may have significant issues that all cloud users would have to deal with.

So, I think you answer is no.
