This is a big issue for me, too. I share the problem of multiple sibling patients.
But the biggest interruption to my workflow is from my MA telling me that a patient is on the phone and needs me to refill or change a prescription, sometimes to write a quick school or work excuse. The brief visit notes aren't a problem, but when I have to interrupt my own work many times--often while writing a comprehensive evaluation of some sort--it makes me really angry at AC for not having this feature.
It's really difficult when I'm here in my little practice working late. When someone calls, I have to stop what I'm doing just to look up a phone number.
