Thank you for your explanation and correction of the problems at hand. In twenty years of practice your product is one of the best tools for enhancing efficiency in the office I have ever witnessed. It has been quite revolutionary and I wish I had the genius to come up with this tool that ties the efaxing, secure portal and the AC EHR together in such a fashion, but as you can well imagine when Updox hiccups the old inefficiencies become quite noticeable.
