I do not know how long I will stay in the rat race of private practice, but would like to another 12-15 years till retirement, but have been at it for 20 years.
But what you say above about the ACUB being a great support group rings very true.
Since "discovering" this product at the end of 2011, many unintended consequences have occurred in my practice, but one of the most surprising has been the help I have received from this board. The depth, breadth of knowledge and experience as it applies to every day practice cannot be found anywhere that I know of.
It is a really great barometer to see how others are changing with the times.
If you have time I would be interested in what you are doing now and comparing the positives and negatives to your former clinic practice. This is mere curiosity on my part, and if you do not wish to share, I understand and that is perfectly fine.
